The 4 most important questions any business owner can and must ask … continually

It’s a scandal.

Over 60% of small businesses fail within 3 years.

And that rises to 80% in 10 years.

I can’t begin to imagine the pain and loss to all these people, their employees and their families.

Indeed, it’s happened to me.

And the real tragedy is that most of this is avoidable.

There are just 4 things every business owner needs to continually ask (and find questions to) that will almost certainly guarantee success.

Yet so few people know them.

And even less apply them.

It’s even more tragic, in that these 4 questions are timeless, universal, common sense.

I won’t waste your time with long explanations, because, they are common sense: I’ll just present them to you and leave you to make your own mind up.

(And you may ask: why does nobody promote these questions (apart from ‘Slow Selling) … and the answer is: because there’s nothing to sell you … there’s no profits to be had by teaching you this).

That’s why no one does!!!

So, here are the questions:

QUESTION 1

  • Instead of asking: ‘How can we make more money?’ Ask instead ‘How can we do what we do so well that people love us, come back to us and rave about us to their friends?’

QUESTION 2

  • Instead of asking: ‘How can we find more customers?’ Ask instead ‘What do we need to do to be more attractive and valuable, make our customers live easier, build trust and show we actually care?’

QUESTION 3

  • Instead of asking: ‘How can we improve?’ Ask instead ‘What system do we need in order to find out what we need to improve, little by little, and take regular steps to do it every week?’

QUESTION 4

  • Instead of asking: ‘How can we move our figures in the right direction?’ Ask instead ‘What measures do we need of our activity that really matters to our customers, so we can continually find out what needs improving and build customer attractiveness and loyalty?’

So, now you know, all you need to do is get on and put these ideas into place.

No farmer ploughed his field by turning it over in his mind.

Slow Selling will help you continually ask these questions and find the answers you need in order to consistently blow your customers’ socks off and increase sales and margin continually (and sustainably!).
